By now you surely have realized that this game isn't Magic of Scheherazade. But this NES classic is truly a fantastic game and I recommend it to you old school gamers. See, Islam can be cool. Just look at Aladdin

GameCenter CX 01 released

So unfortunately, this ends the GCX marathon that we had stocked up. Of course we'll continue to work on GCX, but at a more leisurely rate (these episodes are more drama length and require a lot more work, plus the stuff marathoned was the culmination of 6 months of preparation)

So enjoy this episode, there'll be more to come

GameCenter CX North Trip 1-2 released

No Go-Onger 20 or Keitai 12 this week. Please enjoy this picture that was my first introduction to Gold and Silver, making me go "WTF, a female BoukenSilver and Kickhopper?"

GameCenter [CX] series complete!

On to more, better, bracketless things! I really enjoyed this special and thought it would be a good way of introducing the Kachou outside of the game challenge setting. If you didn't find the short challenge shorts from the first series, maybe this will change your opinion of this show?

Like I said before about the hot springs trip, it's fun watching him visit places, doing things that are very Japanese, trying games that I've never played, and meeting people. And it's funny too!

These episodes take place a good ways into the second series (not sure when). It might refer to some things and people not introduced yet, but it probably won't spoil anyone. It'll give people a better taste of how the feeling of the second series is different and more involved (more funnier and popular too) than the first series

Includes the Hot Springs Journal segment. I really like this live corner because we get to see Arino interacting with arcades and people and that's just a great medium for showcasing his humor. And of course there's a challenge in this episode too. A portent to things to come, this was

What is Arino's first legendary challenge?

Why release today, June 18th? Today is the day that GameCenter CX returns from its hiatus for its ninth season with episode 64. But before we do the second series we have to start with the first series, GameCenter [CX]. I wouldn't have thought it possible to seriously take this on as a project last year, but MrMan99's big help, this project is now a reality.
