I loved this episode, this series is coming to an end very nicely in my opinion, there might've been some bumps along the middle of it but I really like how it's wrapping up. And Kaoru being Takeru's mom is pretty funny, too. I can't wait to see the last episode!

On another note, while it is disappointing that the provider who gave the raws for 45, 46, and 47 HD seems to have stopped again, the encoding was done much more nicely on the HD release of 48 and it ran very smoothly, so that was much appreciated. Seems like you guys know how to make a situation that might not be ideal still work well so thanks for that.

I actually had thought that Kaoru and Takeru might have been twins, and that Takeru was actually the 18th head. The last couple of episodes were not expected at all.

I think that we are just thinking too much when someone says "I like X actor or actress". Or maybe we are just at the right level and others aren't thinking enough. Hmm... "Can two people opposite of each other see the same side of the coin?" hmm, hmm...zzzzz

Also I just realized something. We will probably never find out what Takeru's original family name is now that he is a Shiba for realz now. Unless you have to adopt cousins to make them legit heirs. But they would still be blood so Tanba and Kaoru's remark about Takeru's blood wouldn't work... Well, in Asian cultures family name takes president over bloodlines too in pairngs and things like that... so confused.

Another thing: this is somewhat unrelated to the episode but you guys must have different translators for Shinkenger and Double because if I remember correctly in one episode of double it was all about Princess Wakana but the whole wpsiodr you translated her as "hime-sama" but in shinkenger you refer to Kaoru as "princess-sama"aybe it's me ..
