Channel rules for a friendly atmosphere

We expect users to have some common sense and so the more obvious rules are not stated here. Remember, this channel is dedicated to different forms of Tokusatsu and other Japanese media.

1. We ask that all users please use common sense when in the irc channel or on the forum.

2. English only in the channel please

3. Do not give out spoilers for episodes we have not released subs of. Meaning if you have seen it raw keep quiet or face a swift kick.

4. Please do not ask when stuff is going to be released

5. Use !list to browse the list of available fserves

6. If you are in need of a seed on a torrent please post here. Please keep all requests on the forum and away from the channel.

7. Guest nicks are not allowed to be used in the channel. Please use a real nick by typing /nick XXXXXX in the status window. XXXXX being what you want your nick to be.

8. Try to keep Americanized show talk to a minimum since we all don't like it

9. Remember to exit fserves properly or face being banned from the fserves

10. Please be considerate of other users who may not have watched new releases within the first 24 hours

Fserv rules for happy sharing

1. You must be serving TV-Nihon files to have Voice status.

2. Only Silent ads with CTCP triggers and at least 5 queue spots.

3. Use !voiceme to be voiced

4. Do not rename any files you download from #tv-nihon while you are serving them. This is very important.

6. Use the !devoiceme command if you shut off server. Do not stay voiced if you are not serving unless permission has been given.

7. Please check you CRC of the file to make sure they are undamaged, thus preventing the spreading of bad files.

8. Do not serve anime/toku raw eps or Hong Kong rips. Also, no Saban/Abc family versions of toku are to be served, nor other groups' versions of our projects.

9. Do not serve toku music, if you want it you should by the CD

10. Do not serve licensed material

11. Remove any recalled files and update names as needed to make sure the correct file names are distributed
