Otherwise there's no difference in the file content. You can just resume after that.

Only part 3 was changed to fix a desync issue.
If you have the original files, just point the torrent at them since that'll help seed the other files while you download the new part 3. If you were in the middle of downloading, just delete your old part three and resume with the new torrent.

By the way, the OOO Finale has dual tracks. The second track has commentary on it.
If you're using a Mac, there's a bug in their software that plays both tracks simultaneously. You'll just have to use a different playback program when dual track videos are released.
