Still using broadcast raws, the stream raws are still having quality problems apparently.

Apparently the Toei Fanclub streams have been lower bitrate the last couple of episodes. I reencoded episode 16 from the broadcast raw to hopefully boost the quality. No idea if this is just a temporary situation or a permanent one.
