How to fix broken aspect ratio of old releases

Download MPEG4-Modifier: https://www.videohelp.com/software/MPEG4-Modifier

Load the file into program

Change it from custom aspect ratio to Square Pixels

If you're playing it back in MPC-HC, you can also right click it:

Video Frame -> Uncheck Keep Aspect Ratio
