Looks like Toei didn’t properly deinterlace this scene. It lasts for like 2 seconds, and you probably wouldn’t notice it on lower resolutions, but it sticks out in higher definitions. It’s still interlaced even with the deinterlace filter I applied (This is the result).
I actually figure out what's going on. See my blog for a more lengthier explanation.
Also should point out the video quality is lower since this is from my work raw.

Yup, the one that has all my scripts on it. Anyone deal with this sort of thing before?
It's a Kingston SSD. I tried putting it in an enclosure and that didn't work either.
I'm thinking about trying a data recovery site, but I'm not sure who's reliable and what's a good price. One site I saw listed SSD recoveries to be at least 1000 dollars.
