Tracker looks like we've taken the TARDIS back to 1992, but it's up. Go happy downloaders!
EDIT: Okay, so you can't actually download anything without it asking for a username and password. Oops. Working on it.
W EDIT: WHEE WE'RE ACTUALLY BACK. Tracker design is temporary, so the sooner you submit designs the sooner we can get search functionality back.
In the meantime, please go gay over this picture of Date Akira. Takenoko already has.

It seems like it would be more effort to patch the old tracker software, so a new one is being made. Hopefully this one will be less exploitable!
We're holding a contest for the design of the new tracker. This is a page a lot of people see, so please do a good job with it. Details here.
Just to reaffirm things, I don't believe the old tracker was shooting viruses and stuff into people's computers. If it were really that bad, we'd have a lot more of an issue. It just seems like someone somehow got in and added a harmless spam redirect.
We'll probably hold off on releasing more Agito for now. If the tracker is still down when our Go-Busters is ready for release, we'll just do a direct download release.

So we're thinking of using a new tracker. What we want from you guys is a new design for it.
We'll be taking applications for it. Submit a picture or html code or whatever. The winner's designs will get used for our new tracker page.
Hope we get some good ones!

Hey, Kuuga. How you doing? As always, thanks to Zeta and Cheetah for continuing to work on this series.
Minor announcement: We recently discovered that you can encode SD stuff in 264 format too. Yeah! We can get higher quality for a smaller file size. Pretty sweet. I wish we knew about this sooner.
Jokes aside, with most people downloading the HD format version, sites like EZ News switching over, and just the fact that if you can play Youtube, you probably can playback a 264 file okay, now seems like a good time to make the switch. For now, we're just doing the switch for DVD encodes. But probably with the start of Wizard, weeklys will follow suit. I'm not as bothered about switching the weeklys since they get a HD version.
If you have any feedback about this, please use this thread here. A customer service droid will promptly assist to your needs.

http://www.wolfinspace.com/wiki
As some of you may be aware, #TV-Nihon has its own wiki now. I know there are some other sites that provide information, but I really want to build an all-encompassing tokusatsu wiki. As well as for other stuff that we've subbed.
Eventually, I would like it if it answered questions like "who was the guest actor in this episode", or "in which order should I watch the Den-O movies" or something. I think this is something that can be really useful to the fandom.
It just seems like a natural progression since creating the script for the fansub requires a lot of research anyway. One notices stuff when fansubbing, hopefully this translates into interesting material for a wiki article.
We're always looking for people to help add content and stuff. If you have a favorite show or actor or character, please write an article and add it. It's pretty simple to do. Just send me an e-mail if you have any questions.
I guess 4chan noticed our wiki and were going at it for a few days. If you want to see what constitutes as humor to these guys, here's a link, just click on their IP to see what they wrote.
If you see a page get vandalized, just go to the history and undo it. The strength and the weakness of wikis is that everyone contributes.
It's still a work in progress, but hopefully there's enough there now for people to see how it can be a useful tool in the future. We might open up the option to upload pictures to it in the future. I think people would like that feature. But right now, we're in the business of information.

The forums and front page will be going down for maintenance on Monday, May 21 at 12:00 AM CDT (6:00 AM BST). During this time the forums will go down to be moved to a new URL (forums.tvnihon.com) and then the front page will go down for an upgrade.

Over the next couple of days the URLs on the site will be changing. The tracker has been moved to http://tracker.tvnihon.com. Please update your bookmarks to reflect this. There is a permanent redirect in place so the old links will continue to work. The forums will be moved to http://forums.tvnihon.com within the next few days if all goes well with the tracker. This has been done because the site is growing (we will be adding a wiki soon) and the new URLs should make navagation easier.

So I was reading the forums today when I saw someone write "I live in east Texas, probably not a lot of Toku fans out here". And that made me wonder, just where are most the toku fans? I guess a lot of us are on the Internet, but where are we offline in the real world? Didn't there used to be some web thing that allowed people to easily show that?
Anyway, are there any toku clubs or anime clubs that watch toku as well?
Do you know of any clubs like this?
I think it'd be nice if we had a thread that put all that sort of info in one place.

What do the names Kabuto, Decade, Accel, Odin, and Chalice evoke when you hear them? Badassery? Coolness? Power and style? Exactly.
That's why I'm starting a new forum group to encapsulate these badass heroes. In case people aren't aware, if you go to the forum User Control Panel, you can go to Usergroups in the side menu. You'll see a list of open groups that you can join. If you set one as your default group, that can sometimes give you a special image above your avatar.
This will be a group for manly men like these. Something that captures the core of who they are and what they fight for...
Their little sisters.

Terui Ryuu, Kanzaki Shirou, Aikawa Hajime, Tendou Souji, and Kadoya Tsukasa. Entire plotlines for the TV series and movies have been about their relationships with their little sisters. Little sister is power! Cuteness is justice!
Is this little sister apprecation day? Maybe!
And so, Imouto Rider Group, start!
