I go off on a fucking long rant, so don't read the thread till you've seen the movie.
In other news, W Gundams! Wheee!
Edit: Oh yeah, chronologically, this movie takes place after the end of the W TV series and before the Accel movie.
Ever get confused by all the movies that keep coming out? We thought so, so we've created threads to explain where in the series one should watch a movie. We have one for OOO, one for W... Of course we also do Den-O and Decade, which is basically when this movie explosion started to become a problem.

Mi-tooshi 見通し 【みとおし】 (n) perspective, unobstructed view, outlook, forecast, prospect, insight, (P)
Literally "to see" and "go through". I like remember the kanji for seeing as a floating eyeball. And speaking of go through, it's the same kanji as the first part of toori-sugari no Kamen Rider.

Someone pointed this out to me, so I thought I'd pass it along. Looks like there are three Rider actors in this series (I guess Kabuto was in the last series?) Kiriyama Renn (W), Satou Yuki (Gatack), and Tokuyama Hidenori (TheBee).

Looks like the site is having issues. Might want to write your posts in notepad just in case it doesn't go through

At least someone in the group probably owns a copy.
Look, I know people are just trying to be helpful. That's cool, that's super nice of you guys. But we don't need help finding things that are super accessible.
It's just a little frustrating to continually deal with these types of e-mails, because on some level, it makes me wonder how people think we're subbing all these things in the first place.
But yeah, once again, we've got that stuff covered guys. Unless you've got some super rare footage for us, you don't need to send in e-mails offering it to us. I'm sure I'll be saying the same thing again in e-mail whenever the next batch of these e-mails comes in.

40 already?! This week includes some bonuses.
Nojuku 野宿 【のじゅく】 (n,vs) camping
From No/the wild and shuku/to live. Literally living in the wild. Same kanji for juku in Shinjuku by the way.

Q. Regarding splashes - what exactly do you need for them?
#TV-Nihon somewhere on it and the artist name somewhere so that we don't have to put them in the credits. 640x480 for 4:3 resolution, 1280x720 for HD, and 854x480 for SD widescreeen.
Q. Shouldn't you guys finish Dairanger Zyuranger and Megaranger before you start something else?
I think it's fine. As long as no one dies before we finish them, we have the rest of our lives to do them. Plus, those projects are proceeding.
Q. One last thing for Raws I think these sites might help
We don't use rips from other sites. We buy our own Blu-Ray and DVDs. That's just one of our policies. For my part, I like throwing Toei back some money for the work they've done on these shows. From a practical standpoint, reencoding stuff again and again will lower the quality of the video.
If it's available for purchase, it's not super hard to get.

Running out of splashes. Still no Birth splashes, and it'd be nice if we could get a really nice one for the last episode of OOO (and for episodes inbetween that and the current one). As well as some GokaiSilver ones. Thanks!
We're also working on TimeRanger and Agito in the background, so some splashes to start that series up will be nice.
It's July 7, that means Tanabata in Japan!

Today we're batching up the movie Taitei no Ken. It's a period drama, sci-fi, comedy, what else do you need to know?! It's about a half-black Japanese kid who grows up into Abe Hiroshi (the tall guy from Trick) who goes around wielding a giant anime sword. And there's aliens and a princess or something. Plus music from Glay.
Epically great in its silliness. If you missed this the first time around, definitely give it a try now. I mean, what else are you watching this summer?
Also, can someone help seed this?
Taitei no Ken, do you know it?!
